Daiso: Gel Nail Seal

This Ash Brown set is sheer but not too sheer!

I recently got the chance to go to LA and you know I made a point to go to Daiso. I didn’t go looking for nails but look what I found — super cute nail stickers!

What’s in the Kit?

Daiso kept it super sweet and simple here — all you get in the kit is a set of 16 nail stickers in a total of 8 sizes. These stickers are made of a very nice vinyl material with good, hearty-feeling adhesive. I was so pleased that the largest size was able to fit my thumb!

Of course I forgot to take a photo before applying them.

The Nails

The Daiso I visited (Daiso Japan in Koreatown) only had two designs in store. The set I’m wearing right now is a lovely sheer grey/very cool toned ash brown. The other set is a fun abstract combination of the sheer ash brown color and gold.

The Verdict

I’m not going to do a full, documented wear test on these nails — I can tell that the adhesive is solid and these will last just as well as some of the other nail stickers I’ve tried. I love that they’re a solid vinyl texture and not a paper sticker. If you’re at Daiso and you see these in a design you like, check them out!
