Let’s test some press-on nail brands!

It may come as no surprise but I love nails. Specifically, press-on nails. My social media feeds have noticed this and by now, my Instagram ads are almost entirely for press-on nail brands that no one seems to have ever actually tried.

Kiss Halloween nails, 2021

In this project, I’ll be trying different nail brands and reviewing them so you don’t have to. I’ll be keeping a sharp eye out for wear damage and giving you the inside scoop on the nails themselves and the purchasing experience!

Here are some other things I’ll cover in each review:

  • What variety of designs does the brand carry?
  • How much did the nails cost? How much was shipping?
  • How long did it take the nails to arrive?
  • Is there a good range of sizes in the nail kit?
  • Other than nails, what other supplies come in the kit?
  • How many accent nails are in the kit? Are these multiple accent nail designs?

Up till now, I’ve pretty exclusively stuck (hah) to the Kiss and ImPress nails stocked by my local drugstores. My day job involves a whole lot of typing so I prefer medium or short length nails — the more colorful or blinged out, the better. I’m not particularly gentle with my nails and I do scrub them regularly with a nail brush (technically a toothbrush) so I sometimes see coatings wearing off or scratches forming.

I’m so excited to get to testing and I hope this also helps you out on your nail adventure!
